C-Suite Nexus Global Network is a WhatsApp community for business leaders. Its members want short, relevant updates on partnerships, leadership changes and upcoming business events.

The challenge

Curating executive news by hand every day takes time, and generic news bots post too much noise: stock prices, earnings, gossip and opinion pieces. The community needed a feed that posts only genuinely relevant stories, looks professional and never repeats itself.

Our solution

• News collected automatically from global and Pakistani business sources, plus a curated event calendar the team can update in a Google Sheet
• A strict AI-assisted classifier that keeps only three kinds of stories: MoUs and partnerships, executive appointments, and upcoming business events
• Hard filters that reject stock market news, earnings reports, controversies and other noise before anything is posted
• AI rewriting that turns each selected story into a short, executive-ready post
• A branded image card built from the article's real photo, never an AI-generated stand-in for a real story
• Automatic posting to the WhatsApp group twice a day, with a log that prevents duplicates and silence on days when nothing qualifies
