Service Areas Across the United States and Canada

Medical billing, revenue cycle management and custom software for healthcare practices and businesses in Texas, California, New York, Florida and Canada. Each location page covers the local payer landscape, the services available, and how to start a conversation.

Choose your location

Every engagement starts with the same questions: who does the work today, which payers or systems are involved, and what has to change first. The location pages below add the state or national context that affects those answers.

Austin-based support for Texas practices and businesses, including revenue cycle work and custom software delivery. The Texas page covers Texas Medicaid and HHSC requirements, local payer mix, and same-time-zone support.

California services

New York

Revenue cycle and software services for New York healthcare and financial services teams. The New York page covers NYSDOH, New York Medicaid managed care and fee-for-service billing, and SHIELD Act data protection.

What changes from one location to another

Healthcare billing rules, payer mixes and privacy obligations are not uniform across North America. A practice in Texas deals with a different Medicaid program, different commercial payers and different state reporting than a practice in New York or California. Software requirements vary too: data residency expectations, accessibility rules and integration standards can all differ.

That is why each page is written around a specific market rather than repeating the same copy with a state name inserted. When you contact us, the first conversation covers your location, your payers, your systems and your team, and the scope is confirmed from there.

We do not claim a licence, certification or pre-built integration for every state or province. Where a requirement depends on your regulator, payer contract or advisers, it is confirmed during discovery before work is committed.

Service area questions

Do you only work with practices in these five locations?

No. The location pages cover the markets where we have written specific guidance. We work with teams in other states and provinces as well; the same discovery process applies, and location-specific requirements are confirmed before the engagement starts.

Is the work delivered on site or remotely?

Most revenue cycle and software work is delivered remotely, with scheduled calls and shared reporting. Any need for on-site time, travel or local presence is agreed in the scope rather than assumed.

Can you support a practice that operates in more than one state?

Yes, and the scope has to reflect each state's payer rules and reporting. A multi-state practice should expect a discovery phase that maps the differences before billing or software changes are rolled out.

How do we start?

Use the contact form or call the number on the page. Tell us your location, specialty or business type, current systems, and the problem you want to solve. We will suggest a first conversation and the information to bring.

Not sure which page fits?

Start with the service page for the work you need, then use the location pages to check state-specific context. If you would rather explain the situation directly, contact us and we will point you to the right service and the right questions.
